Spaces Finder Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Spaces Finder is operated by MCM Labs. We will add our registered company details to this policy once MCM Labs is registered.
Spaces Finder has three parts: the member app (iOS and Android), the dashboard that coworking spaces use to run their business, and our website, spacesfinder.net.
If you are a member of a coworking space, that space is responsible for your membership records (plan, bookings, check-ins, visits, points, invoices and payments). We store and process those records for the space, on its instructions. We are responsible for your app account, for dashboard staff accounts, and for demo requests sent through our website.
2. What we collect and why

Location: used only while the app is open and only if you allow it. It is used on your phone to sort spaces by distance. It is never sent to our servers.
Camera: used only to scan a space's check-in code. No image is kept.
If your plan covers all branches of a business, its other branches can see your name, phone number, home branch and plan name. They cannot see your home branch's invoices or payments.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not show ads. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Our website and dashboard use only necessary cookies (sign-in, language and display preferences).

An email delivery service sends sign-in codes and invitations. Your space sees your membership records. We also share data with authorities when the law requires it.
This means your data is stored and processed outside Egypt: in Germany (EU), and in the United States for the services named above. We use providers bound by contract to protect it. Data is encrypted in transit, and access rules let each space see only its own data.
5. How long we keep it

6. Deleting your account
- In the app: Profile → Delete my account.
- Without the app: email support@mcmlabs.org from your sign-in email, or visit https://spacesfinder.net/account-deletion.
This deletes your app account and your personal data that we control. Records a space must keep for its accounts, such as invoices it issued, stay with that space.
To stop notifications, go to More → Notifications in the app.
7. Your rights
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent. Email support@mcmlabs.org. We answer within 30 days, free of charge. For records your space keeps, you can also ask the space directly.
You also have the right to complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.
8. Children
Spaces Finder is not for anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We will update the date at the top when this policy changes, and tell you in the app about important changes.
